Ingredients:
- 150g of grilled chicken breast
- 50g of mixed greens (spinach, arugula, and romaine)
- 30g of cherry tomatoes
- 50g of cucumber
- 30g of red bell pepper
- 20g of red onion
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Start by grilling the chicken breast on a grill pan over medium heat until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes per side. Once done, let it rest before slicing.
