Ingredients:

  • 200g of chicken breast
  • 100g of bell peppers
  • 100g of broccoli
  • 50g of snap peas
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Wok
  • Knife
  • Cutting Board
  • Measuring Cups
  • Spatula

Instructions:

  • Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
  • Chop the bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas into small pieces.
  • Heat the olive oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add the chicken pieces to the wok and cook until they are no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, add the bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas to the wok.
  • Stir-fry for another 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender yet crisp.
  • Pour the soy sauce over the stir-fry and mix well, cooking for an additional minute.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
