Ingredients:
- 200g of chicken breast
- 100g of bell peppers
- 100g of broccoli
- 50g of snap peas
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of ginger minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
- Chop the bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas into small pieces.
- Heat the olive oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the chicken pieces to the wok and cook until they are no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
- Once the chicken is cooked, add the bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas to the wok.
- Stir-fry for another 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender yet crisp.
- Pour the soy sauce over the stir-fry and mix well, cooking for an additional minute.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
