Grilled Chicken Avocado Bowl


 

Ingredients:

  • 300g of grilled chicken breast
  • 100g of quinoa
  • 1 medium avocado
  • 100g of cherry tomatoes
  • 50g of spinach
  • 30g of olive oil
  • 30g of feta cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Grill
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Knife
  • Cutting Board

Instructions:

  • Start by cooking the quinoa according to the package instructions. Set aside once cooked.
  • Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, then grill until fully cooked and juices run clear, about 6–7 minutes per side. Let it rest before slicing it.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, diced avocado, halved cherry tomatoes, and spinach.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the mixture and toss gently to combine. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Slice the grilled chicken and place it on top of the quinoa mixture.
  • Sprinkle feta cheese over the entire bowl for added flavor.
