Protein Pancakes with Maple Syrup
Ingredients:
- 50g of oats
- 100g of cottage cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 30ml of milk
- 10g of maple syrup
- 1 pinch of salt
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Mixing Bowl
- Whisk
- Non-stick Pan
- Spatula
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine oats, cottage cheese, egg, baking powder, milk, and salt. Mix well until the batter is smooth and well combined.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with cooking spray or a small amount of oil.
- Pour a small amount of batter onto the pan to form a pancake. Cook until bubbles start to appear on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
- Repeat the process with the remaining batter, making stacks of pancakes as you go.
- Serve warm, drizzled with maple syrup.
