 Protein Pancakes with Maple Syrup


Ingredients:

  • 50g of oats
  • 100g of cottage cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 30ml of milk
  • 10g of maple syrup
  • 1 pinch of salt

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Whisk
  • Non-stick Pan
  • Spatula

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine oats, cottage cheese, egg, baking powder, milk, and salt. Mix well until the batter is smooth and well combined.
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with cooking spray or a small amount of oil.
  • Pour a small amount of batter onto the pan to form a pancake. Cook until bubbles start to appear on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
  • Repeat the process with the remaining batter, making stacks of pancakes as you go.
  • Serve warm, drizzled with maple syrup.
