Quick Meat and Cabbage Wraps


 

Ingredients:

  • 200g of cooked meat (chicken, beef, or pork)
  • 100g of dry bread crumbs
  • 150g of shredded cabbage
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 pieces of lavash bread
  • 100g of pickled cucumbers, sliced

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • knife
  • cutting board
  • frying pan

Instructions:

  • Heat the frying pan over medium heat.
  • Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pan, sautéing until the onion is translucent.
  • Stir in the cooked meat and shredded cabbage, cooking for an additional 2–3 minutes until the cabbage wilts.
  • Remove from heat and add the bread crumbs, mixing until well combined.
  • Lay out the lavash bread and spoon the meat mixture into the center of each piece.
  • Top with sliced pickled cucumbers before folding the lavash wraps tightly.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your quick wraps.
